XDTI Commercial Property Schedule Template

The XDTI Commercial Property Schedule with Additional Interests is for ACORD 140. The new template is for use with the Property - Commercial line of business. The template can be used on marketing or in force policies.  The base template is displayed below:

The following is an explanation of how the boxes and lists on ACORD 140 map to the XDTI Commercial Property Schedule template.

Template Header

• Named Insured: Comes from the Client Named Insured.
• Policy Number: Comes from the header of the policy.
• Policy Term: Comes from the header of the policy.
• Issuing Carrier: Comes from the header of the policy.
• Print Date: Will return the current date. After merging and saving as a draft or complete the date will not change again.

The remainder of the template is populated from information in boxes and lists in the ACORD form. The following graphics show the boxes and lists in the ACORD form and the field that they populate in the template.

Property Schedule

The following items are pulled into the template from the Premises Info > Locations section of the form:

• Premises Number
• Building Number
• Location Street Address

The following items are pulled into the template from the Premises Info > Subject of Insurance 1 section of the form: 

• Subject of Insurance 1
• Amount of Insurance Required 1
• Coinsurance Percentage 1
• Valuation 1
• Causes of Loss 1
• Deductible 1

The following items are pulled into the template from the Premises Info > Subject of Insurance 2 section of the form: 

• Subject of Insurance 2
• Amount of Insurance Required 2
• Coinsurance Percentage 2
• Valuation 2
• Causes of Loss 2
• Deductible 2

The following items are pulled into the template from the Premises Info > Subject of Insurance 3 section of the form: 

• Subject of Insurance 3
• Amount of Insurance Required 3

Additional Interests

The following items are pulled into the template from the Additional Interests section of the form:

• Location: Only the number of the location from this box is used in the template. The number from this box is used for the Premises Number field in the template.
